The Big Muddy River Flush was conducted by a 3-person team on May 2, 2007. The team prayed at the following locations:

• Near the headwaters in Cravat Illinois

• Rend Lake Dam

• Plumfield Illinois

• Murphysboro Illinois - Riverside Park

• Grand Tower Illinois - Backbone Park - with the teams from the Mississippi River, Missouri River, and Kaskaskia River
