• LaSalle Illinois at the mouth of the Little Vermilion River

• Lacon Illinois at the mouth of the Vermilion River

• Peoria Illinois

• Liverpool Illinois

• Havana Illinois at the mouth of the Spoon River

• Beardstown Illinois at the mouth of the Sangamon River

• Meredosia Illinois

• Florence Illinois

• Hardin Illinois

• Grafton Illinois - where the Illinois flows into the Mississippi River. This is also one of the chief nesting spots for bald eagles.
